To use as a local repeater, use Brandmeister TG (2) Local on TS-1

Please use time slot 1 for dynamic CONTACTS. Many from the valley camping on the dunes use it to check into their home nets and contacts. Please feel welcome to use the repeater for this. Please do not use for listening only.

For listening Hoseline.com is better and does not tie up the repeater. Also, activating a busy talk group such as World Wide -1, subjects the repeater to a 100% duty cycle, and although there are a lot of fans, on hot days this generates a lot of heat.

If you are out of the area, most DMR repeaters allow dynamic talk groups on time slot 1. To bring up this repeater, just use the repeater ID (31288) as the talk group. To bring up all the repeaters in the area, use one of the named talk groups above. AARG usually has someone listening.

Both here and away use TG 4000 to disconnect when finished.
Use Parrot TG 9990 to check your signal

Other DMR repeater in this area:
All have the same static talk groups.
To contribute to the upkeep of these repeaters contact Chris
K7AZ (usually on AARG).

There is considerable cost associated with maintaining this equipment.

It will be profoundly appreciated.
